Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Here is how we roll:
Order Processing: Your order is in good hands. We typically ship all orders within 1-2 business days.
Order Dispatch: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email including a tracking number specific to your order.
Order Shipping: Now, here's where Australia Post takes the reins. Delivery times may change due to their schedule, but don't worry – you can stay in the loop by checking the Australia Post website for updates. Australia Post - track an item
Shipping Costs: Free within Australia, Standard Shipping is approximately 2 – 8 days
New Zealand Orders will be charged based on region and weight and is approximately 8 – 10 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
No we don’t. We only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
What is your return policy?
At Rice & Carry Australia, your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, feel free to return it within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition and undamaged.
For refund, please note that we deduct $10.00 to cover shipping and processing fees. Sales items may be returned to store credit, which you can use online, or exchanged for another product of ours. However, refunds are not available for sale items. The value of store credit or exchange will match the price you paid for the returned item.
Criteria:
· You need to notify us within 14 days of receiving the item you want to return.
· Item is to be returned in a new, UNUSED condition and the original packaging.
· If you are keen for an item exchange or store credit, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
· For refunds, we will deduct $10.00 to help cover the costs associated with shipping and processing the return.
· Sales items can only be returned for a Rice & Carry store credit or Gift Card – no refunds.
· Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Please note: If an item is received back to our warehouse and is deemed to be used, the Customer will be notified, and we will return the goods back at the cost of the customer.
Please choose your product carefully as we are not able to give a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
